Shannon Townsend joins the Starkey community with over a decade of experience in education, including teaching fourth and fifth grade as well as serving as a math coach. She holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education & Educational Leadership, bringing a strong foundation in curriculum and instruction to her role. With a passion for data analysis and a commitment to student success, Mrs. Townsend is dedicated to supporting teachers and fostering an environment where every student can thrive. She is joyful for the opportunity to serve the Starkey community and looks forward to working alongside families, staff, and students. Outside of school, Mrs. Townsend is a proud mother and wife who enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
